Advantages

  • High strength
  • High accuracy and fine resolution
  • For series production

High yield, high accuracy and low cost are the distinguishing features of components made of polyamide PA12 from SAF technology. Components made of SAF™ PA12 are stiffer than PA11 parts and are perfect for applications where strength is an important requirement. SAF™ PA12 enables fine feature resolution, high strength and accuracy even at high volumes. The material is particularly suitable for higher tolerance requirements, such as assemblies and connectors.
