The Jellypipe platform works with regional partner companies - so-called "Solution Partners" -  to offer you expert advice in additive manufacturing. You can order your 3d printed parts on a shop of one of our partners.

If you would like to order 3D printed components, click on "Print now". Select one of our partners and register in their online shop. Your choice has no influence on the range of materials and technologies.

Frequently asked questions

Jellypipe is a platform and does not sell to customers directly. As a customer, you can order only in the e-shop of one of our Solution Partners. Jellypipe provides a regularly audited, quality-checked print factory. The 3D printed parts are delivered from the print factory to the customer. The Solution Partners offer advice on all aspects of 3D printing, if required. Read more here:

The following factors determine the price:

1) The quantity of material, i.e. on the one hand the total quantity of material required for the order and on the other hand the quantity of material actually used to make the part. These parameters are defined in the 3D print files.

2) The machine running time required to create the 3D printed part.

3) The working time of the employees involved in the printing process.

4) The material you have selected for 3D printing. For example, you have to estimate more for metal as a 3D print material than for plastics.

5) The utilization of our 3D printing facilities. If this can be optimally planned, this will lower the price. If the 3D print is to be finished quickly, it will usually be more expensive, because in this case the printing has to be done without taking into account the optimal utilization of the plant.

All common 3d print file formats can be used, or converted if required. The following ones could be processed without any additional effort.

.3dm, .3ds, .3dxml, .3mf, .CATPart, .dae, .dlv, .dlv3, .dxf, .exp, .fbx, .iges, .igs, .jt, .model, .obj, .ply, .prt, .skp, .slc, .sldprt, .step, .stl, .stp, .vda, .vdafs, .vrml, .wrl, .x_b, .x_t, .zcp, .zpr

There are different options: Jellypipes partner (Solution Partner) could help you with the design of a 3d print file, or you could design it by yourself. Rede here more about this topic:

More Infos

For some formats, especially the .obj format, it is important that the files are compressed into a single .zip folder before uploading. You must therefore select the appropriate .zip folder on your PC before uploading the 3D model (or before sending it to Jellypipe), then there should be no more loss of textures and colours.

The answer to this question depends strongly on the chosen material and the associated 3D printing process. You can read more information here:
