Silicone Additive Manufacturing, or "SAM" is a new innovative technology which enables100% genuine, medical silicone to be processed  using 3D printing. During additive manufacturing, the material is cured layer by layer by UV light.

The silicone products meet the highest industrial standards in terms of properties and quality: highest resolution and surface quality. The precision corresponds to the ISO DIN EN 2768-1 m standard. For example, for a dimension up to 6 mm, this means that the tolerance value is only +/- 0.1 mm.

With SAM technology, products can be manufactured in batch sizes of up to 10,000 pieces.
